01

What we collect

Operator business details, license and insurance documentation, tax identification, the people you authorize to use the account, ride records you post or bid on, invoices and payment status, and standard technical logs from using the platform.

02

Passenger data is handled narrowly

Passenger name and contact details are visible only to the posting operator until a ride is awarded, then released to the winning operator shortly before pickup. They are never shown to unsuccessful bidders, never used for marketing, and never sold. Verteo does not contact your passengers.

03

What other operators see

Your company name, rating, on-time record, vehicle classes, compliance status and response speed are visible inside the network. The current low bid amount is public on an open auction; individual bidder identities are shown to the posting operator only.

04

How we use it

To verify eligibility, match rides to qualified operators, run auctions, raise and track invoices, resolve disputes against the job record, and produce aggregate market pricing. We do not sell operator or ride data.

05

Retention

Ride and invoice records are retained as long as needed for tax, insurance and dispute purposes. Passenger contact details attached to a completed ride are minimized on a rolling schedule after the dispute window closes.

06

Your choices

Account administrators can export their operator's ride and invoice history, correct business details, manage authorized users, and request account closure. Some records are retained after closure where law or an open dispute requires it.
