TRUST & SAFETY

Vetted on the way in. Accountable on the way through.

Closed to consumers and brokers. Every account is a licensed operator with verified authority, current insurance and a W-9 on file — and every ride leaves a record we can rule a dispute against.

VERIFIED BEFORE THE FIRST BID
Certificate of insurance
Minimum limits per market, named on file, with an expiry date the platform watches. Expiring cover shows on your bid card before it lapses.
Operating authority
TLC, PUC, state or municipal license checked against the issuing body — not a photo of a card uploaded once and forgotten.
W-9 and entity match
The company that bids is the company that invoices and the company that gets paid. No shell accounts, no reselling a won ride to a third party.
Ratings both directions
Bidders rate posters on clarity and payment speed. Posters rate bidders on the ride. Both scores are public inside the network.

Your client stays your client

The single reason operators don't farm out is fear of losing the account. Verteo is built around that fear rather than asking you to ignore it.

Contact released at the pickup window
Passenger name and number unlock to the winning operator shortly before pickup — never at bid time, never to anyone who lost.
No solicitation, enforced
Approaching a passenger or their company for direct work is a removable offense. Reports are reviewed against ride records, not hearsay.
Your brand travels with the job
The winning operator sees the standard the account expects — greeting, water, name board, silence — because you wrote it into the post.

Payment on the terms you already use

Verteo raises and tracks the invoice. We don't hold your money, and we don't become another account you have to reconcile.

WHAT VERTEO CHARGES
A flat percentage on completed rides. Nothing else.
No subscription, no listing fee, no charge to bid, and nothing owed when a post goes unfilled or a ride cancels.
DISPUTES

Every ride leaves a record, so disputes are settled on evidence — not on who shouts loudest.

Post terms, bid tape, award reason, driver assignment, status timestamps and both ratings are attached to the job permanently. Either side can open a dispute for fourteen days after completion.

A driver no-shows
The ride reopens to the network at the awarded price with an urgent flag. The failure is recorded against the operator's on-time score and repeat no-shows suspend bidding.
The vehicle wasn't what was bid
Substitutions must be declared at bid time. An undeclared swap is grounds for a rate adjustment or reversal, decided against the post and the bid card.
The client cancels late
Your cancellation policy travels with the post. Past the window, the invoice raises at the agreed percentage automatically — no negotiation after the fact.
An invoice goes unpaid
Overdue balances surface on both dashboards and suspend new bidding after a grace period, so slow payers self-select out of the network.
Someone approaches your client
Solicitation reports are reviewed against contact-release timestamps and ride records. Confirmed cases are removed from the network permanently.
How a dispute is decided
Both sides submit once, we rule against the job record within three business days, and the outcome is applied to the invoice. Ratings from a disputed job are held until it closes.
